BOOKER T. WASHINGTON MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY RENOVATION
This Middle School Library is a 2,600sf renovation of an existing library in a historic 1910 city school. The original ceiling height was restored and larger windows were installed to create a welcoming, light-filled study space. Oak bookshelves, restored hardwood floors, and exposed brick imbue the space with a warm material quality.
